  3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.   
  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.   
  5. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, and all conditions are met, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions:

  • Customized Items: Customized items, such as personalized products, may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Sale Items: Sale items may have specific refund policies, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.
